N O T E NO-SHOW POLICY 1) All no-shows at the airports will be billed full fare. 2) No-shows for all other fares will be billed the fare or $35, whichever is the greater. INSUFFICIENT NOTICE POLICY 1) Cancellation of reservations within Chicago must be made at least one (1) hour in advance of the pickup time. 2) Cancellation of an airport pick-up must be made at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. 3) Cancellation of fares outside of the Chicago area must be made at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. WAITING TIME POLICY 1) A grace period of 10 minutes is given for all pick-ups. 2) After the grace period, there is a waiting time fee of $15.00 for each additional 15 minute interval ( or part thereof ). * A 15% tip will be added if no tip is indicated. * A late airline arrival is not considered a '" no show " or insufficient notice.
